All items offered subject to prior sale.  Shipping methods and costs are for standard weight and size books.  Heavier books may be subject to added shipping and handling costs, which will be invoiced separately using Paypal for credit card payments or e-mailed adjustments for check or money order payments.  For requested shipments to foreign destinations, or for domestic priority, express, or special handling shipments, Paypal invoicing or e-mail adjustments will also apply.
